Mine is the reverse. There are no deadlines and there's ALWAYS something I can do for my business. I have to really force myself to stop working and read a book, watch a movie, go on a walk, etc. That's why I've built super strict boundaries with myself. Breaks are essential, no matter how much you love your "job".
