I don't have kids or an outside job (I'm a full-time writer). I make food for my pet and take her on a walk for 1.5 hours, and that's during the "walk" and "me" time on the schedule. I live in India, so it's convenient for me to outsource work like cooking, scrubbing bathroom etc., and groceries are mostly ordered on an app.

While answering your question, I've realized I have a privileged life. I'm sure not everyone can afford it, especially after you're married and have a family. :)

I spent 4 years working a job I didn't really like, and then gave it all up to be a full-time writer. It's taken me a lot of hard work to reach this stage, and this realization of privilege made me feel more grateful for the life I lead. Thanks for the comment,
