2024 Recap: My Year in Pictures

What life as a full-time writer looks like.

2024 is drawing to a close. On the surface, it feels like nothing much has changed.

But while I was writing this article, I looked back upon some fond memories and cannot help but marvel at just how much I’ve done this year. The universe gave me many amazing gifts. I’m at a better place than same time last year.

This article is my attempt to take you along on my life’s journey, one picture at a time.

If you follow my work online, you’d know I write about books, productivity, and self-improvement. But this one’s beyond all that. This one is a highlights reel of the beautiful things that happened to me in 2024, and how I plan to take the learnings on to next year.

I’m 33-years-old. I’m a full-time writer who spent 10 years of her life studying and working as an engineer. I’m an avid reader and book blogger. I love working out. I’m a pole dancer and a regular at the gym. I love traveling. I’m not married, nor do I have children. I decide my schedule, and I’m grateful my profession allows me the time, money, and headspace to enjoy vacations and varied experiences.
